If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of a service or product, we're here to help.

Our physical products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product if you are unhappy with the quality of the product, you received a damaged product, or if we made an error in fulfilling your order. If you are unsatisfied with the service you received we will make every effort to promptly reschedule a new portrait session with your family. If you do not wish to reschedule your portrait session fee will be returned in full and no imagery will be delivered to you. [Please note: Commercial, editorial, and lifestyle shoots have their own set of terms.]

Due to the nature of digital products we do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
